File GST

1. Go to Quickbooks and file the GST using the sales tax menu.  This will generate a .tax file that can be uploaded CRA.
2. logon the CRA Mybusiness account to file the GST.  see KeePass for url etc
3. then go to cra's mypayment to process the payment.  see KeePass for url etc
